5.3.1 Ending a Transport¶
A started transport can reach the state "Ended" by reaching the set end time or by being endet manually.
Once endet, all modules of the transport will stop transmitting data and no more warnings or alarms can be set off.
5.3.1.1 End time reached¶
If a "Started" transport reaches the set end time it will automatically be assigned the state "Ended". It is recommend that the end time of a transport be selected with enough time (5 days recommended) for the transport to arrive late (customs, traffic, etc) and not be ended before arrival. These delays can be quite significant, depending on the kind of transportation.
Transports should be ended manually, if at all possible.
5.3.1.2 Ending manually¶
Once a transport has reached its destination, it can be endet manually. Simply select the transport and on the first page you will find the current state (in this case "Started"), as well as a drop down menu.
From the drop down menu, select "Ended" and confirm the security dialogue by clicking "Ok". The transport has now ended.
5.3.2 Displaying ended Transports¶
Select a level above the transport (Company or superior project or supply chain).
Select the tab "All Transports" from the lower left corner of the workspace.
All "Started", "New", "Configured" and "Ended" transports should be displayed.
Simply double click on the transport you want to review and you will be redirected to it.
Ended transports will be deleted by the system after 90 days. If you want to review or save transports longer, you need to export them.
5.3.3 Exporting Transports¶
Select the superior supply chain of the transport(s) you want to export.
Click on the "Transports" menu item in the upper part of the workspace.
Select the wanted transport(s) by ticking the checkbox(es) in front. Click on the button "Export" in the lower right corner of the workspace and accept by clicking "Ok".
As soon as your download is available, the download icon next to your user name will flash bright red.
Click on the icon and select your download to save it to your computer.
